My Stomach Talks To Me

Throughout the day I hear a loud growl coming from my stomach. At first I didn't know who or what it was. Omg. Its so loud. Is this normal. It never happen before. I know I'm not hungry or at least I don't feel hungry. I will eat something small or drinks lots of water to make "it" calm down. Lol

It has happened to me too, it's weird to feel that your stomach is hungry but not your brain. I still don't know how to process that feeling. Just eat a small healthy snack untill your meal time. Make sure you drink lots of water

Mine sure the same thing it's weird to sit there and have other people hear it!

Mine does the same thing! The other day, I had people in my office and I was like, OMG! I hope they can't hear it. I'm sure they did  but no one said anything. Sometimes when it happens I am actually hungry but for the most part, I'm not, and I just drink some water.

My friends call it "the barnyard" because it sounds like a bunch of farm animals are living in my stomach! :-)

I think we all experience those weird sounds! Still to this day I do and I was banned on November 21,2011. I like to believe its my body thanking me for eating healthy, the exercise Im now doing and the less weight I am now draggin around!

I even pat my tummy sometimes and say settle down in there...Hahah!!

All normal noises I believe!
