$10K for me.

  • 2 weeks later...

16K, in canada, everything included, patient for life, including all fills, unfills, and revisions or removals.

Looking at Insurance they billed my insurance co 26k for outpatient surgery for the Lapband!

$15,700.00 self pay , includes 1 year of fills .

Not really sure , I had mine done at Palms of Pasadena in St. Pete , Fl . Where did you have yours ? Maybe it is location that factors into it

Does anyone know how much The surgery cost?

I am self pay

10k for me too.... 5k down and balance interest free for 2 year through hospital. (no finance company) but after 2 payments for $208 they sent me a letter and said if I could pay it off by end of month the would reduce it 50%... so in theory it cost $7292 :D

This include 3 months of fills and all Dr appointments. Now appointments are $25 and if I get a fill its $50

I'm getting so discouraged I really want this lap band surgery I'm 23 newly engaged and want children within the next five years. I have a very supportive fiancé who has been through my ups and downs and medical issues due to being so over weight ( have been my whole life) and don't think it's fair to my future husband and children to see me die from all the medical issues that come with 400+ lbs, but my sad reality is unless my insurance pays the majority I will be unable to have the surgery :( I have medical mutual anyone else?

Just call your insurance and see if they cover bariatric surgery.
