Take liquid laxative immediately. I had that problem and my rhoids turned into an abscess very painful DO NOT force it out..... And docolax works well and cream work good prep H

My surgeon gave me a perception to a stool softener and told me to take things like gas x for extra help.

And WALK! its the best thing!

I took children liquid ibuprofen n gas x strip n had a night of farting... It took car e of the prob within one hour

Walk. Heating pad.

Walking and the heating pad was the best relief!!!

If your constipation turns to diarrhea - don't panic. I thought I had C-diff (google it) from the surgery but it was just the Milk of Magnesia kicking in with a vengeance.
