Breakfast 1 cup plain oatmeal.....lunch 1 cup cottage cheese.....dinner 1 cup ff refried beans with ff cheese....no snacks....at least 1liter water daily.....no other drinks except plain coffee in the morning. Protein shake and sugar free popsicle on occasion.

  18. I am at 4 weeks post op....i went through all your same emotions. Day three was a complete break down day....I thought I made the biggest mistake ever! Day 6 I started researching and scared myself so bad that I barely wanted to eat cuz I was scared I would mess up my band.....I cried so many times! Today I feel so much better.....I'm happy again about my decision on getting lap band. Of course I still am scared of messing it up or not losing but each day my worries lesson some. Hang in there dont believe eveything u read and follow the rules and I think u won't regret your decision down the road!
  19. I got a nice little gift bag at my post op appt.....one of the gifts was a plastic bariatric surgery cup with straw! Lol thought that was funny now that I've heard were not suppose to drink of straws!
  20. I have to agree.....find a new Dr! I like a strict Dr. but that is just off the charts! I agree that a Dr should push his patients but come on thats ridiculous!
