The first 4-6 weeks are for healing, not losing, so for you to lose anything at all is great. It's not uncommon for people not to lose any during this time and even gain a little. My best advice is
I was banded on July 9th and have lost only 9 pounds so far. I guess I expected to lose more weight in weeks 2 & 3 and am feeling a little disappointed. For those of you who have been banded for a longer period of time, what were your weight loss experiences? I know that everyone is different and so are their weight loss experiences. I was just curious as to what to expect over the next 3 weeks until I go to my 6 week follow up. Thanks!
