I tried muscle milk, unjury, ensure was good too but the carbs and sugar on that are high, pure Protein, fort fortress, Atkins is okay not enough protein for me! The first week I was miserable the smell of protein shakes made me gag! On a moment of desperation I made my own smoothie used light soy milk, plain Greek yogurt, frozen berries and haf a scoop of vanilla protein powder!! Good luck Sent from my iPad using LapBandTalk
