I am new this? How long did you have to wait for approval from Tricare Prime?

Everything was faxed in today around noon.

I am hoping to still getschedualed for mid Aug. wishful thinking

Thanks! I had surgery yesterday at 0715 and was released at 1400. I am sore and didn't have any gas pains except for today and man they are rough.. Not hungry at all and can take my liquids well

How long was the process? Just started mine

I’m new! Jus got the approval from my PCM and don’t know well the process. How soon you could the surgeon?

Hi Sam!
For me the process was pretty quick even with the many appointments Tricare required of me. I started the paperwork towards the end of March and had surgery 8/18.
I had something to do with every week. My longest period of waiting was 3 weeks and that was for insurance final approval.
