Pregnant & Protein?

I was wondering how much Protein i needed per day.

I am currently 7 1/2 months pregnant and at 255 pounds.

Today i've had about 36gs maybe a little less.

THANKS!

That sounds not enough Protein, but i suggest u speak to your ob/gyn or nutritionist about this, u do have to be careful regarding nutrition being banded and expecting, i am not sure if they would recommmend protein suppliments when u are pregnant.

An average person should be eating around 45 to 60 grms per day according to my government recommendations.

That sounds way to low to me. I've heard 60-90 for females in general not to mention those that are pregnant
