Pain By My Port.

Over the past hour I have been having horrific pains right near my port. Not sure if I did too much today but, I'm hurting :(

I am having pain today by my port as well. It's actually to the upper right of the port site, and it hurts when walking or laying on my sides. I was banded June 8th and have been pretty much pain free for the last week until today. Has anyone had this experience? The port area also seems to be a little raised and red in the area I have pain in. I called the doctor, and they said its normal, but it just seems weird after having been without pain.
