apappas02 got a reaction from slojo67 in First Fill.I am four weeks out, and received my first fill today. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be although, she didn't tell me when he was going to stick me I now have 4 cc in a 10 cc band.

They help a lot because they are measured and I can have different meals ready to go or freeze until I plan on those meals for the week. I had the procedure 3/27/12. I weighed 330 and down to 270 now. Lots still to go.
