What Does The Fill Feel Like?

I'm 3 weeks post OP and I have about 3 weeks until my first fill. I'm curious if when the band is filled, will feel anything like the post op swelling did. Or is it a different type of feeling

Thanks.

That is a great question and I am curious about it myself. I am almost 2 weeks post op and am just now starting to feel little hunger pains between meals....but no where near what I would feel before the band.

I had my first fill of 1.5cc on Sept 18 and I haven't felt anything so far.

Hi all, I had 4 fills so far. You might not feel anything until your 3rd or 4th fill, for me I don't feel anything different until you eat fast or larger bites and if you don't chew good enough. Also with every fill I find that I get full with less food. Just be careful and follow the rules.

Yes you wont feed much with the first fill, i agree with the others i didnt feel restriction till my 3rd fill really have to eat small portions and chew good.

When I had my third fill that is when I felt great restriction.

I had my first fill 3 weeks ago & I haven't felt any difference. I go for my second fill next week, so I guess I'll see then!! I have heard it can take between 2-6 fills to get restriction.
