  1. If you don't mind me asking, what were your symptoms for erosion? Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  2. I've been having weird stomach pains and symptoms for the past week or so, and I'm beginning to wonder if it's a peptic ulcer. Has anyone had this? Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  3. Congrats!! Onederland feels awesome! I just reached it myself a few days ago. First time in over 14 years!! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  4. I meant to say one 45 minute workout twice a day!! Lol Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  5. I so feel your pain on this!! I'll lose 5 pounds, then gain 3 back. I'll gain and lose the same 3 pounds for weeks before finally breaking through, only to do it all over again. I do two 45 minute workouts twice a day, five days a week most of the time, so I definitely feel your frustration... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  6. It isn't anything new by far, but had gotten better since I was banded June 12, 2012. I have 7 cc, since my last fill two weeks ago. But instead of getting better since my last fill, it has gotten worse. I'm so frustrated and confused right now.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  7. Is it just me, or does anyone else get extremely hungry in the afternoons? And what do you do to not eat and stay on track? I'm at a plateau, and it's driving me nuts. Especially since I can't quit eating in the afternoons! I used to just have a Protein shake, but now I'm just way too hungry. Or bored..... AAAGGHHHH!!!! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  8. I've never heard of that! But I'm sure going to check into it! I had my tubes tied almost 20 years ago, so no more babies for me either.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  9. Well I'm sorry that you all are suffering too during this lovely time of the month, but I'm glad I'm not alone . This truly sucks! It seems like it gets worse every month. I'm looking for the "green zone" with every fill, so being so hungry after this last one has had me concerned.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  10. Even after a fill though? Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  11. Does anyone get REALLY hungry when it's time for mother nature every month? I do, which I've gotten used to. BUT! I just got another fill 10 days ago (I'm now at 7 cc in a 10 cc band), and I stay hungry!! What is up with that?? Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  12. He is risen!!!! Praise God!! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk

  15. I had my surgery June 12, 2012. Since then I have lost 65-69 pounds, of which I very happy and very thankful. However, for the past 2 weeks I have been losing and GAINING the same 4-5 pounds and it's driving me nuts! I can handle staying the same for a little while, but I can't handle gaining!! I'm working out and watching what I eat, so I'm completely at a loss.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  16. You are an inspiration! Keep up the awesome work!! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  17. Thanks everyone! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  18. I am 4 1/2 months post op, and just started working out a few weeks ago. Since then my weight has fluctuated a pound or two, but has pretty much stayed the same, which is frustrating! Has anyone else went through this? Or did the weight just start dropping off? Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  19. That makes sense Thank you! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  20. I am 3 months post op and have had two fills so far. I usually do very well with my daily alloted calories, and most days don't even use them all. But yesterday and today I have been extremely hungry. Has anyone else been through this? And does it go away? And no, it's not time for mother nature yet..... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  21. I only WISH I could smoke again I quit almost two years ago because of my job, and I also smoked daily. I keep hoping that it will be legalized one day so I can smoke again! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  22. Thanks guys! It's nice to know that I'm not alone on this . I haven't blown it by no means, but have went over my allotted calorie intake the past few days. I'll have to remember the skinny cow ice cream. It sure sounds yummy! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  23. I have always been hungrier the week before and the week of my period. That being said, I thought the band would help with this, especially as I've read that a lot of people feel that their bands getter tighter during this time. Does anyone else still feel like they could eat a cow? This is very concerning for me.... Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
  24. This is awesome! Thank you!! Sent from my MB865 using LapBandTalk
