up and down the same 5 pounds! help!!

I had my surgery June 12, 2012. Since then I have lost 65-69 pounds, of which I very happy and very thankful. However, for the past 2 weeks I have been losing and GAINING the same 4-5 pounds and it's driving me nuts! I can handle staying the same for a little while, but I can't handle gaining!! I'm working out and watching what I eat, so I'm completely at a loss....

agree with the above poster, I always weight myself in the morning since you do gain about 2 to 3 lbs at night due to water

i am five month out for two months aprox. have gained and lost about 5 pounds repeatedly also :( and haven't been able to lose more than 35 pounds and that was in the begnning...im at 36 pound loss now and so afraid i am about to gain again

If you're not tracking, I would try that and see where you stand .

Good luck, I know it has to be frustrating!

Also, I would change and increase the intensity of your workout. U gotta push through, u r stronger than u think!!! U can do it. I only weigh once a month cause it was.really effecting me negatively. Pick an amount of time, have someone hide the scale, track your food, workout really hard, and c what happens! :)
