Exercising

I am 4 1/2 months post op, and just started working out a few weeks ago. Since then my weight has fluctuated a pound or two, but has pretty much stayed the same, which is frustrating! Has anyone else went through this? Or did the weight just start dropping off?

Exercise made a world of difference with my weight loss. Keep it up, you will see progress. Exercise is a very important factor in this whole band/weightloss journey!

I started today. Was banded march 20. I'm hoping this jump starts things as my weight loss has recently stalled. Have lost 60# so far.

I really hate the myth that the weight just "falls off". For me every pound has tried to stick around like it is super glued on. Keep in mind I eat very conservatively and do 2-2.5 hours of cardio daily (yes 7 days a week). One thing to keep in mind is as you exercise you will build muscle. So even as you loose fat if you gain muscle the scale won't move.
