Anyone used FitDay PC software to track food, weight, etc?

My sister sent me this website FitDay.com to look at. It tracks your food, activity, goals, etc. You can also purchase the software for $20 which is more indepth. Just wondering if anyone has used it and does it work good for you?

Fitday.com is probably the most popular website to do this stuff on, and lots of us here swear by it. I purchased the desktop version and LOVE IT. It's a lot more flexible than the website version, as well as faster (of course). Pretty much anything you might ever want to track is trackable in FitdayPC, and it's easy to learn and use.

I can't recommend it highly enough. :)

I have been tracking my food and excercise on Fitday.com since I had my surgery on March 18, 2005. Fitday.com and the lapband surgery have been my success, I don't know where I would be without the two. I'm know considering buying the software for my pc, because I hear it's a bit more detailed.:biggrin1:
