When did you have surgery?

Go to your surgeon and get a fill if necessary. Start logging your food for a couple weeks than make an appointment with a nutrionist and bring your food journal. This way they can see exactly what you're eating and tell you where you need to make changes.

Remember, the band is a tool not a magic wand. You still very much have to do the work and make healthy lifestyle changes for a lifetime- otherwise it's just a piece of costly stomach jewelry. The band will not work until you do.

Good luck.

I thought it was a majic wand!!! LMAO

Try a 3-day pre-op diet, you'll clean out, lose a bit, and wipe the slate clean

How many fills have you had. If you are vomitting it sounds like the band is too tight. The bad contrary to popular opinion is not mean to STOP you from eating anything. If you band is so tight you can't keep down solid protein. Get a small unfil. This will allow you to eat healthy food and not realy on ice cream for your calories.
