I was banded on may 14rh and was wondering if it is better to weigh my food on digital scale or use measuring cup?

that really depends on the food. If you read recipes you will note that they sometimes provide measurements in cups, teaspoons and sometimes in weights. If you are measuring to count your calories then you need to choose whichever method allows you to determine the calories most accurately. If you are doing it to manage your portion sizes, then a cup could be fine.

i dont measure i just eyeball exactly what i would feed my grandchildren and have been doing fine

the only bad thing is when you go out to dinner or lunch with someone the resturants dont let you order from childrens menu theres always food to take home
