New To The Forum Glad I Found The Mens Section

I have been banded for for 16 months and am down 86lbs. I began P90X and was doing well. Over the last few months I have gotten complacent and have gained 11lbs. I now realize that even with the band you must continue to maintain the success you received. I have read through several of the threads. I am glad to see the men have a place to share their experiences.

Very true always remember it is a tool, not an "easy button" you still gotta work it lol. Gratz on the P90x I am looking at it for future "abuse" lol

i can't wait until I lose the weight i can so I can put some muscle on. I didn't get overweight until after college during my bachelor years (short of the 5lbs overweight in college).
