Yikes! Liquid Diet Starts Today!

Wish me luck! I'm most concerned about this part. I have a sit-down job, but I can get up and walk. Any advice on the best broths or ANYTHING else that will help me through this?

I had hot and sour soup strained, wonton soup without the wonton and strained french onion. Worked great! Much more filling than the plain broth plus the taste was 110% better!!!

Jello!! .. It was an absolute saint for me!! .. I'm 2 days post op. You can do it!!! Good Luck! =)

You can do it! this is the begining of a new you!

I would look for stock it has more flavor than broth. Also non salt Mrs. Dash flavoriings add alot. Put it in before heating so the herb bits reconstitute.

Try the unjury chicken broth. Its pretty good and the 20 grams of protein help tame your hunger.

Thanks for the advice. It's 3:00 and I'm starving! I'm ready to go get some soup instead of plain broth. It tastes good enough, but it's not filling me up.
