No More Cheese And Bread. What Works For U?

Ok so I just got my 2nd fill and I'm up to 6cc before this last fill I could eat anything. Now it feels like I can't eat anything. I got my fill mon. Spent tues on liquids now I'm trying to eat and out of 5 meals I've thrown up 3 of them. ??? Any ideas on what works with a tight band? Thanks

have you tried soft cheeses like cream cheese or cottage cheese? Are your meals mushies or straight-up? I alway try to do a couple of days of mushies/really soft foods after my liquid day, post-fill.

Good idea on the cheese I was trying shredded . The first day was all soft and even mashed potatoes hurt and I wasn't eating much. I might just stay with soft for a while longer. Thanks
