My First Nsv!

Just bought a pair of 16 jeans and a bra 3 cup sizes smaller!!! I was a 22 six weeks ago!! Yay!!

    I started doing the Lap-band plate diet on 1/14/12, and since that date I've lost 46 pounds. So about 8 weeks.
