Just bought a pair of 16 jeans and a bra 3 cup sizes smaller!!! I was a 22 six weeks ago!! Yay!!

I am almost to that 16 mark! I started at a size 22, too. I am in 18's but I have a few 16's waiting for me to break them out! Congrats on your amazing weight loss!

It is just a picture of a plate that my dietician gave me. She called it that. It is half the plate of veggies (1 cup), half the plate protein (1/2 cup), half the plate carbs (1/2 cup).

a special plate that has all you need on it to properly measure out the quantities you need with various foods. i bought one last night. its unbreakable and should be very handy because i have trouble with large portions at mealtimes.
