Very Little Wt Loss But Now!!!

I have only lost about 2 1/2 lbs in weeks but have lost 2 1/3 inch in waist So things are shifting. Ha. I have been being very carful following 1200 a day cals. But was unable to exercise due to foot surgery. I now have full wt beating on my foot and can start walking slowly. Yay. Hopefully this will kick up my wt loss!!! I was also cleared to go back to work where I walk and lift a lot.
