Not sure if the regular soup will have enough protein in it. I did buy some high protein soup from my dr's office, but it wasn't very good!

i drink protein drinks, the soups can be regular just have to be low cal and blended...

The only soup I found that was really good blended and had a good amount of protein was a Panera Tuscan Chicken soup. I bought it at Costco.

did you cook it first then blend.. or blend then cook?

I made my own green veg soup then blended and still eat it every day for lunch , i also used weight watchers tomato soup, the only decent flavour, if u are getting your protein from shakes etc ww tomatoe to fill the hunger is great.. 70 cals a tin :)

I blended and then popped it in the microwave to heat. Seems safer in case of soup explosion! lol

Why don't you make your own soups. They have to be 100% better for you than anything that comes out of a tin and they are not hard to make. Boil some veggies in stock, add some kind of lentils or beans or something for protein and blend until smooth. If it's too thick then water it down.

I never did put anything in a blender except smoothies. It just kinda grosses me out. I would stay away from noodles and dumplings though, even blended.

I would except I'm a full time student with a full time job... no time to make my own soups...
