Day 18...what Should I Really Be Eating?

Hi everyone! I need some help. The scale is stuck for over a week now. So my question is...what should I really be eating at day 18? I am eating a ton of beans and drinking shakes but NO movement. I'm getting a little scared!

This is happening to me too. Sorry bold is stuck on!

what did dr tell you to eat? I would do that.

Dont be nervous, it will be ok. The weight will come off.

Just do your best to be patient. this is not an "overnight" process. you will have plateus along your journey. Try not to drink the shakes unless you have to. Try watching your empty calories in the form of drinks. Try altering your Protein intake type..... maybe eggs instead of Beans... etc.

The scale will move. However, don't get stuck on what the scale tells you. Pay attention to how your clothes feel. That is also a valid indicator of your success.

My doctor told me that from the surgery to your first fill, your body is in the healing phase and to expect to stay the same or even gain a couple pounds. That's what exactly is happening to me. I've gained 2lbs since surgery. I'm not stressing over it(well....kinda I am lol) once we get our first fill, hopefully the scale wil be moving downwards.

I have been eating normal foods, but am suppose to keep my portions to no more than 3 cups per meal per my doctor.

Hope this helps.

3 cups per meal? That sounds like a lot!
