I thought I would share something that has really helped me. I started out at almost 300lbs (297 to be exact) and the thought of needing to lose 150lbs is VERY overwhelming, as most of you know.
Instead of concentrating on the whole 150 I have broken up my goals into 10lb increments. Right now I am trying to get to 229, next it will be 219, then 209, etc.
I know it's silly but it really has helped me feel like I am accomplishing something rather than looking at a huge task at hand.
