Calories....Calories...Calories

I had chinese chicken broth today and I am wondering how many calories are in it? and I got a small (pint) Is a pint smaller or bigger than a cup? I had about 80% of that broth should I feel bad ...so paronoid. I was banded May12th and get my first fill 6/6/2011. Today is my last day of clear liquid diet now I get to start full liquid tommorow. Its just so weird trying to always read calories. I have been pretty good about the clear liquids this week

Not sure about calories, but a pint is 2 cups

I don't think chicken broth has many calories. It's a clear liquid, no cream or anything in it. I think yoiu did just fine. Best wishes.

Find a food tracking site like Daily Plate on the Livestrong site. I like this site because it also tracks fat, protein, carbs, sodium, and cholesterol too.

sparkpeople.com says Chinese chicken stock has 33.2 calories per serving, which I am assuming is a cup.

Yay for moving on to full liquids, clears suck!

myfitnesspal.com is a great tracker too, plus they have a free application for your phone.
