You need to call your doc or nutritionist and get a copy of their plan. You can ask everyone here and everyone will have a different plan and you need to follow what your doc goes by

I agree with Jess55. There are vastly different recommendations by surgeons. Call and get it from your surgeon. It's the best thing to do to be safe.
