Dancingnancyva,

It is hard the first 3 days then it gets easier. You can do it! Stay focused on the prize & end result! The headaches will go away. You will start to feel good. I didn't make any plans during my pre-op diet so I was put in tough situations. Stay strong!

i understand the hungry...we are going to run with this ......no worries ..hungry FT you can rise above .......

I am on day three of mine and it is getting easier. I am allowed to have 2-3 protein shakes and a couple of lean pieces of protein like chicken and pork chops. Also, I can eat all the sugar free jello, pudding, and green vegetables I want. The first two days without carbs were the hardest, but I am doing better now!! I am keeping my eye on the prize. Ten more days and then I have my surgery...woohooo!!!
