I must admit I have not been following banding rules regs very well for the last month. I went on a cruise and know I did not eat like I should. I didn't particularly overeat, just not always the right portions of Protein etc.
I have been home for 2 weeks and am finding it hard to get back to pre-vacation eating habits. Any advice or a good kick in the pants will do.
I do think I am too tight but would like some advice. I am finding it difficult to eat many solids without sliming and getting stuck. I am at 5.5 in a 10cc band. I am sliming at least once a day and at times vomit. I can eat chili, Soups, smoothies etc without trouble. meat and bread is a huge culprit along with fries and potatoes except mashed.
Perhaps this is normal or I am too tight. I don't know. I do chew well but sometimes I end up swallowing prematurely.
Can you help me please?
