No matter what, there's no way Chris is gonna let me out of this house tonight. Not that I'm feeling well enough to go out, but missing New Year's Eve is like missing the birth of a child in some cultures (DeLarlaLand, for example.)

So, tonight at midnight, would all my friends please raise their glasses twice and take a swig for me? Heck, go ahead and kiss a hot guy/girl/both? if you gotta. Let me know how it went, and have a safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Well, I don't drink...and I'm not much of a dancer in pj's...so I'll pour a glass of wine into my PJ'S!

Our "living it up" New Year's party consisted of gathering with 40 or so friends from church and all of our kids went out in the driveway with noisemakers and we pretended it was New Year's at 8:30. zThen all the kids went balistic at bed time, and we're already on the couch watching tv with no booze. So here's to you girl. 2006 is gonna' be a great year for us all!

Its only 45 minutes away and we are going to have sparkling cider and light sparklers in the front yard with the neighbors, most of us in pj's and robes. I enjoy fireworks at the Space needle but not this year, Its been pouring and I don't want to risk anything just yet. LIsa, I've missed your whole erosion saga, but I'm glad you got checked out, and I'm glad you got things taken care of so fast. I know you'd been toying with the idea to have the band out, and it may be good for your peace of mind to have the thing out one way or another.
