Presidential Library Gone-news Alert

GEORGE W. BUSH PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY DESTROYED BY FLOOD

Crawford, Texas (AP)

A tragic flood this morning destroyed the personal library of President George W. Bush. The flood began in the presidential bathroom where the books were kept. Both books have been lost.

A presidential spokesman said the president was devastated, as he had almost finished coloring the second one. The White House tried to call FEMA but there was no answer.

Poor W.

Somewhere in Texas a village is missing its idiot.

Hysterical! LOL!

However... I'm bowing out of ANY fund raiser for Bush... That SOB has enough of my money what with the inflated gas prices fattening the wallets of the oilmen... don't even get me started... I KNEW if an oilman got elected we'd go to war with an oil rich nation... #@$&!

HAHAHA

I actually have "Village Idiot" bumper sticker on my car!

I used to have a bumper sticker that said

"Democrats are sexy-Ever heard of anybody

wanting a piece of elephant?"

Will everyone be tolerant if I start another political thread making fun of Democrats and liberals? Just checking.

I remember another thread discussing the President and the effects of Katrina, and that got pretty heated, mainly because someone disagreed with the conclusions stated in the beginning of that thread...I was in on that thread because I felt that if someone posted on a controversial subject, both sides deserved to be heard. I feel the same about this one...I can understand joking around, but please do not be outraged that others do not agree. Yes, there are members of this board who support President Bush for his policies and leadership. No, I do not think he is an idiot.

I really hope that posts on politics will not affect the level of support and comaraderie we find here at LBT. Some people do get very emotional on the subject.

I will! We're adults, right? I figure - if it's something I don't care to read, I won't read it.

I'm the least political person on the entire Earth. I don't have many political opinions, so when I laugh at Bush for playing with coloring books, I'm pretty much just laughing at any old man. I think it's damn funny, president or janitor!
