Hi.

Go to tickerfactory.com. I went to the site and it's free. You have to register so you can edit your ticker. I'm new to the site but the tickers have fascinated me, too. I just cannot decide which one I want. There are many choices. I'll probably get one soon. :blushing:

you can also click on anyone's tracker to get to the site. Set yourself up, and off you go.

You can change your tracker anytime you like, or you can add a new one when you want. Easy, squeezy! Chango, presto!

Hi, I had trouble too. Click on the FAQ item on the top header, click on 'general forum usage', and 'ticker setup' is the last one on the list, just follow her instructions. I did mine yesterday(I thought)but it didn't start showing up here until today, but it's here now...very confusing...

Hi MSDV.

Just click on your ticker and it will take you to the ticker website that has your profile. Put in your 4-digit code and then you can edit your profile.

Oh thank you..I tried every variation of that and I couldn't get it to work.

As you can see. I went to Myfitnesspal and did their ticker . To me it was much easier to do and update. Easy, peasy that's the way I like it!!

It was a bit of a chore to figure out the ticker. I'm glad you found an easier one.:(

Hi kab1278.

Getting the ticker into your signature is confusing at first. I also had trouble at the beginning.

This is how I got the ticker in my signature.

1. After you have finished choosing your ticker, highlight the text in the bbCode box, leaving off the URL codes.

2. Go to LBT and click on the Quick Links button at the top of the web page, select Edit Signature.

3. Click in your signature box and type Ctrl+V to paste it in.

4. Save it

The ticker should appear for all future posts you do.

Good luck.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
