Usual story, yo-yo dieting for my whole life. Hit 50 and knew that I had to do something. Wasn't able to acheive any results with any of the food plans I tried. With a family history of heart attacks, high blood pressure and all the other "bad" diesases, I need to get my weight under control. Did my research and chose Lap band as the tool to help me acheive my goals.As of June 30, 2010, Ihave lost 30lbs. I'm on my way!
