Today marks 4 months since surgery!!!!

Its been 4 months since surgery today, I have lost exactly 40lbs today and I am loving my band. I have not had so much energy in about 8yrs and I can actually make it up a flight of stairs without being out of breathe.. this was the best decision I have made!!!! I have about 25-30lbs to go and there is no doubt that I can make it!!!!! I had a tough few weeks where I lost nothing at all and actually gained but I cut some calories and up'd the workout at the gym and now back on track!!!!!! I actually lost 7 of those lbs just since last friday and am so happy about that!!!
