Broke my foot today :(

I was out walking my dogs, and I fell and broke my foot :sad: I can't believe it. I'm so sad, I was just getting into the workout groove! I don't know how long I'll be down for, I find that out tomorrow, but still, bah humbug.

    oh no!! that's bad, but you can keep doing upper body exercises.....and doing different types of exercises with your legs - just need to be creative. goodluck :sad:
