  1. Dr. Aceves is your best choice..in Mexicali, Mexico.....if you need to contact his coordinator, i'll be glad to give you more information.

  3. i really haven't been in that situation, but i suggest you guys take some time out, like taking a trip and maybe that could help. and most of all relax and be sure that when it is time, you guys will have the prettiest baby.

  6. hi, i would suggest Dr. Aceves, he is in Mexicali, Baja - from SF it's a 8 hr drive.....i wouldn't know how much he charges, but you could contact Nina - and she can give you all the info.
  7. i use birth control pills, but i really want my husband to have the surgery, because i really don't want to have kids anymore....but i've never had problems with the pill.
  8. oh no, you've got to be positive, everything will be fine....yes i think most of us felt that same nervousness and anxiety, but then you feel this complete happiness and proud of taking the correct decision....you will love it!!! goodluck:thumbup:

  15. went back to work 10 days after the surgery....in my case my boss knew so there wasn't any problem....i had to tell him. everyone else didn't know, until months later, i told them, everybody kept asking about my weight loss..
  16. mmm well, it is really difficult finding time, so what i am doing right now is waking up at 4:30 - in order to get to the gym and take a class from 5-6am....it is difficult because i need to go to bed at 9:30 -10:30 the latest....and if i am not able to do that....then i take a very long walk with my husband, at least 45 min.

  22. concentrate and pray....i always pray and believe it or not it really helps....plus i am grateful everyday for what i have, just change your attitude and you will see that everything will get better. trust me and best of luck:thumbup:
  23. need to concentrate and get on track as soon as possible....try to do something instead of eating....take a walk, take a bike ride, read, go with your friends, meditate, etc. and do be so hard on yourself, everything will be fine. we are only human and this can happen to everyone. best of luck!!!:thumbup:

  25. at 8 days, i think you should stop as soon as you start feeling really tired....just don't overdo it. if you feel that half a mile is fine, then continue with that distance until you feel you can go a bit further. as for the bloating, i think you will be like this for a whole month....so just be patient....you'll start seeing the difference.....goodluck!!!:sneaky:
