I am just starting my journy. I want to lose 107 lbs, get my blood pressure under control, end the pain in my joints, and have the energy needed to live the life I was meant to live. I want to play with my grandchildren. I want to feel that I can play almost any part in our community theatre, not just the fat, funny, old woman. I want the energy to do a better job with my house and have more fun after work, not colapse in my chair.
