Do you consider Subway? to be fast food?

I pride myself on the fact that I seldom if ever eat at fast food joints. However, I eat at Subway® at least every 2 weeks.

Someone include Subway® in their list of fast food joints and I was curious as to how many others considered it this way.

Personally have never liked subway. I think I've seen commercials where they now have toasted sandwiches. My experience with them in the past was the sauces made the bread so wet it disolved. Yuck.

Depending which sandwich you get, it can have the same amount of calories in it as a Big Mac. Just because you add a couple of veggies on it doesn't make it healthy. Like someone else said, make sure you realize it is what it is...
