Yogurt with only 3 carbs & 20 g protein!!!

EDIT - The subject should read 12 g Protein NOT 20 g protein...so so very sorry!!!

I had to share my new discovery...

Kroger Carbmaster yogurt, full 8 oz cup....

80 calories, 4 carbs & 1 Fiber (so 3 NET CARBS!!) and 12 grams of protein...and it only cost 40 CENTS.

And it's NOT CHALKY or gritty like Greek Yogurt can be, smooth and creamy and less calories and carbs than greek yogurt.

It's delicious, I'm eating the cherry flavor right now.

It's Kroger brand and I got it at Smith's but Fred Meyer carries Kroger brand too.

I love yogurt for Breakfast and now I can have my yogurt and eat it too

one of my all time favorites!!! I love the Kroger Low carb yogurts! delish!!

I like to add my chocolate Protein mix in with the cherry.. hardly notice it at all!

Thanks for sharing that! I'll have to check it out. Also, the tip of putting protein powder in the yogurt is another good idea.

Kroger's Carbmaster's yogurt has been my favorite for years; I prefer the taste over any of the big brand names.

try chobani! Greek yogurt! 18 g of protein. I get plain...so very low in carbs....and I had stevia...yum!

The Carbmaster Vanilla is awesome with berries, it is a taste treat and can be a meal or dessert.

I tried this yesterday with fresh sliced strawberries and OMG!!! It was the BEST treat/dessert I have ever had!!!

Thank your for the great tip!!!

I bought some today. 40 cents!!! It's on sale for 10 for $4. I'll try some out tomorrow for breakfast. This is a great deal if it tastes really good!

Let us know what you think of it

It was alright. I added a half scoop of vanilla protein powder (I probably shouldn't have done it because it almost killed it for me), 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Peak Protein Granola, and 1/3 cup of Ocean Spray dried blueberries. I didn't eat it all. I think I've hit my green zone and I got full pretty quickly. Next time I'll try it without my protein powder. I really hate protein powder and shakes though.

Thanks for sharing about the yogurt! I have bought the Greek yogurt, and I like it, but it is PRICEY...even at Sam's! We don't have Kroger in New Mexico, but we do have Smith's. I will check it out

I"m with you Bostonmomma, Chobani greek yougurt with 18gm of protein& no fat is the best!
