  1. Hey girl! I'm so sorry... It always sucks to break up (but girl sounds like you aren't that upset about him), and that means it wasn't meant to be! Sometimes when you aren't looking is when you find what you always wanted! Be strong and know that things will look up! I have a feeling that the band is going to be your pot of gold at the end or the rainbow. And I was the same way about not wanting to tell people, cuz I was afraid of haters, but its wasn't bad. The worse thing came from one of my in-laws who said "you look good, but so could I if I was a cheater"! LOLLOL HATER in the house. But, she shut up after my husband said, hey you could be a "cheater" too if you had a job that offered insurance! LOL But, other then that everone has been great. I think everyone will want to see you be happy and heathly. I wouldn't worry about it too much! Well take care and good luck! Keep us updated!

  2. Ya it's crazy! I keep telling myself old habits die hard...for me it's the chewing thing. I got banded on Dec 10th and still forget to chew 30 times. I guess 28 years of eating HELLA fast isn't going to just go away! lol But, I am working on it, it's not fun to get stuck on something soft like ceral or creamed spinich (girl now you know my bites are way to big and I am not chewing to get those stuck). LOL You are doing so good! Can't wait to get there! Take care and keep it up!

  3. That's awesome! I am so happy for you! I remember my prom, I was in a size 22 and my grandma had to taylor the sleeves for me because my upper arms were to big...I would have LOVED to be a 16. Oh well I think that's what reunions are for right....lollol....take care and great job!!!

  4. Hi! Of course!!! That is so normal. After the swelling goes down, and before you get a fill, it's kinda like not having anything. Once you get that fill it will feel tight again and (ahhhhhh) you will love your band again! (that was the heavenly sound from movies if you didn't get it) LMAO!!! LOL just remember to take it easy until the fill and know it will get better. Take care and keep us posted! ps 39 lbs thats soooooooooooo good!

  5. Hi! Sounds like you are on track to making an awesome choice. You will love the band! I got mine in Dec. and got pregnant in Jan! I have lost about 50 pounds and can't wait to have the baby so I can get back on track. At least I know it will help me stay on track while pregnant and not gain too much. I only have one fill, though, and can't wait to get another after the baby. Good luck and keep us posted! :w00t:

  6. My husband laughs at me when I stand at the mirror and jiggle my arms in the air, but I hate them so much! I always wear some kind of sleeve or sweater or shrug. I am 28 and don't want to turn into Mr. Rogers. Does anyone have any good exercises for toning upper arms? I am sure after I hit goal I will need to get lypo on them, but I want to try and help now. They are the only bad art of my body. I am really pretty solid and not jiggly except for my arms and it drives me insane!!! HELP!!! :w00t:

  7. lol girl i was the same way, don't worry! If you eat to much, for me at least, you literally wont be able to swallow. And if you eat something too fast it will feel stuck and you will have to vomit it back up. Its like an instant reaction. If you stop when you are full then you are great. And the full feeling lasts way longer then it would without the band. It is really amazing! I love it! It was the best thing I have done for myself. :w00t: Hope this helps!
