Hi Nana, I'm so glad to hear that you are doing so well. Wow, you are lucky to get off work for so long. You will have to buy some smaller clothes when you go back to work. Enjoy the time off.

I called Walgreens and self-pay the Nexium will cost $191.90. If I get a scrip. from my Dr. here, I will have to pay $40 for a month supply. There is no generic Nexium. I will get a script from Dr. Aceves to have for crossing the border and buy mine in Mexico.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I would complain for sure. Maybe even send a little note to the local paper about your treatment. Hope you feel better soon.

Congrats. on your surgery date. I have bought some things for post-op. I have chicken and beef broth, jello, protein water(Kellogg), Chike protein mix, veg. juice, fruit juice and Eas protein shakes from Wal-Mart.

Can we drink Chike added to water starting on day 6?

Ok, so far I have packed pass-ports and birth cert. 2 pair pj's 1 robe 2 comfy outfits 2 pairs of shoes and flip-flops 2chap-sticks gas-x heating pad curling iron personal items pillow my prep. meds for a week only copy of my last blood test for comparison camera book gum and anything else I think I might need. I don't have a lap-top to take.

Hi Dandi and congrats on your surgery. I'm sure someone will pop in here to answer you soon. From the info. that I have walking and more walking will help. Also I have heard that a heating pad is helpful. Have you tried the gasX strips that melt on your tongue? Hope you feel better soon.
