Hardest part
yeah I used to eat a lttle,sip, eat some more. Boy how I. had to change things up, but maybe I'm a. better person for it, certainly a thinner one.

Well I just went from morbid obese to just obese, so I am having a mini- celebration myself. Went into this journey with BMI of over 51. So all this loss is a gain for ME!

❤ APRIL 2019 CHALLENGE❤
#9 I promise today I will drink more. That and pain pills have me with a colonic train wteck, I am whimpering No Mas, off to seek more professional help, Miralax, MoM and fleets have given no relief. I will be one of those people they just love- Old lady full of ?- seems thick, softish but my rectal muscles have given up or something. I'm saying "Por Favor", they are saying "No Mas", of course they would speak Spanish, it is South of the Border for me!?❤???

Bowel Movements
Well children I had shoulder surgery April 4, put on Norco postt And 5 guesses where I am visiting? I think my constipation tendency has turned into obstipation, or close thereon to. As soon as Tomkitten gets up we will be off to the ER, been taking twice daily. Miralax, took a dose of MoM last evening to no avail. Seems not to be hard but my rectal muscles don't seem able to pass it out. Oh Me, Oh My!?

May need to speak with someone skilled in Bariatrics. You may be suffering from a post- surgical depression , they do happen more than what you would think.

April 2019 Surgeries!
I'm sure you will sail right through with flying colors. 7 months out , now at 232 from HW 365+ , SW 319, and although it hasn't always been smooth sailing, my boat will still make it safe to shore.

Well mine, at 73, is what it is. Not that predictable, didnt, plan for stenosis, ulceration, PICC line, pneumonia ( none bacterial, not quite viral, what does that leave? Fungal? ) Well I can be a Fun Gal dont think that was they had in . mind! Finish off with March, the month of Iron and Reclast infusions. And then there was the 30 pound weight drop and n ow I have had upper right surgery, last Thursday, and this one I am not Shaking off too good. Had to have hardware from my surgical repair of humerus removed, been b.s. 9 years and I it kind of turned against me, some speculation that could have caused the pneumonia, a pocket of something. While ortho in there he decided to fix up my rotator cuff instead of of bringing me back for another surgery in a couple months. Yeeouch, I know someone who's getting a 5 inch lump of coal in his stocking this year! Lest you doubt me, I can go to Coshocton county, one county to the East, they have veins of coal, still do some minor min ing there. Just think my body temporarily had enough no o

I could be joining you g uys, just recently diagnosed with 1.8 cm nodule in my left thyroid,small mutiple ones on Right. Could be due to my age, they say by 80 years 80% chance, let's hope they are cold. IDK why they got found now?

OK, what have you lost?
A newborn calf since my surgery 7 months ago yesterday,a newborn giraffe since my highest admitted. weight. God is good and he gives me the strength to continue working to lose. My goal is a full' grown man with heavy hiking boots, a full Arnold m ight be a shade too much.

Ask him if his neck is feeling sore? If not, he and you both are going to come through this Okay. A normal reaction from a body still a little peeved at what you permitted to be done to it. It and you will both get better as time goes by!??

So familiar, I too had something similar in my WLS life, luckily my Last surgeon was the Best surgeon , the one for me . Sometimes you do have to go through vasting, tearing stitching out, before a beautiful final garment is achieved. May our poster find her perfect fit for a perfect surgery. I think that is what each of us desire!?

Question on how you deal with the WLS haters...
A living hug for you today, maybe a little ahead of your surgery, but still sincere. Only YOU can do YOU, each of us reacts a point where you fear major surgery less than continuing as you are. My trigger may, and probably was, different than yours but no less valid. May you have a wonderful surgery, may it give you many more years with your boys, may you see them grow up, establish their own family units, and may you have the joy of grand and great-grand children.
