I haven't hear of a long term restriction as long as it fits your macros ? Looks soooooooooooo good. Do you like it better with the milk added?

10 weeks out with pics
- Oh, Just Another Plastics Story
3+ weeks update Last week I felt too swollen so I went to get checked out. Plenty of testing later it was decided I have two tiny pockets of fluid (seroma) but they are not nearly big enough to aspirate. The plan is to let them disparate naturally. Ok,cool. But then I also noticed my belly button is slower healing than everything else (my incisions are completely healed) so through constant communication with my plastics team and hometown intervention it has been suspected that because I had previous hernia repair (with VSG and RNY) the blood supply to the umbilicus is compromised #wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh???? What this means so far, IDK but my surgeon believes it will heal properly but much slower than anticipated. That reassurance was... reassuring. I'm not bothered as it does not hurt, is not infected etc. Besides that hiccup it has an amazing aesthetic value ? honestly everything has exceeded my expectations and its no big deal since I was prepared for a few speed bumps along the way So swelling is gradually reducing thanks to wearing compression garments (or divine intervention) but I feel pretty good, like really really good. The Tatas are no issue in fact they are beautiful and I could not be happier. I'm no longer taking Tylenol because I have no pain (Well ... just stiffness after sleeping laying too long) in fact I went to my niece's baby shower Saturday night. I worked hard and partied harder. I had forgotten I just had surgery when dancing and my boyfriend has to rein me in ?- Saggy Sophie no more. Plastic surgery to the rescue!
???!!! Yay shopping !!!???- Stricture
Not a technically a Vet but I had a structure "develop" about 1.5 yrs post op. Dilatations are standard care unless the surgeon decides otherwise. My surgeon discussed a treatment plan of about 5-6 dilatations or RNY conversion since i also had GERD and sleeve torsion Good Luck ?- Food Before and After Photos
Awwww i was going to say regular Nutella and dark chocolate Nutella #fantasy- Food Before and After Photos
Ooooo it looks really good, homemade? (Why is that my only question these days ?)- Saggy Sophie no more. Plastic surgery to the rescue!
?Congratulations you look happy and healthy? I find it amazing that both of our before and afters are so similar?- Food Before and After Photos
IMHO Hand made burgers do not count as unhealthy ? (It's the mystery meat ones that are worrisome)- OOTD
So lovely, I ? that hair color on you & I still have hair envy ? I decided to return to being raven haired this week. I just don't like the lighter colors on me anymore. But I had auburn dye left so I mixed it with black to make a cherry cola color (hair looks black but auburn shows in light)- OOTD
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo I'm also curvier post plastics... please don't tell me these hips are going to disappear- OOTD
Ahhh! I remember these days fondly ?- OOTD
- Stomach stretching
I only like the one type- Stomach stretching
Quest Rocky Road bar is the only one I found that breaks this rule ?- PAIN, 8 DAYS POST OP
Ahhh ! Now that seems like a more manageable expectation A lot of people fall on many sides of the spectrum of healing so its really hard to accurately compare your journey to others. (I was in terrible pain for 2 straight weeks post my initial VSG surgery and virtually no pain post RNY conversion) But only you know your body, so don't hesitate to tell your team if you believe the pain is excessive.- Food Before and After Photos
Tropical Hot Chia Porridge w/ cream, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, raisins and cranberries It's my ultimate oatmeal replacement- PAIN, 8 DAYS POST OP
Woah up and exercising a week out of major surgery? That's...rare. Pain is normal. A lot of internal work is done with these surgeries but because most are done laproscopically we can sometimes forget. Try to continue with your pain management protocol. Safe and happy healing ?- My Plastic Surgery Thread
Why couldn't the surgeons help? - Oh, Just Another Plastics Story
