  1. You are an individual. Take care of yourself. While I truly appreciate what marriage is supposed to mean (I really do), sometimes it appears some marriages are like cages, which is a difficult situation for people on both sides. Good Luck ?
  2. ? Completed a 24 hr modified wet fast ? May try another... During my wet fasts I have tea w & w/o cream, water & enhanced water, At about 18 hrs I had a spoonful of peanut butter because I thought that's when I'd start eating but got super busy and never did ? Ended up eating around 10 pm so it became an OMAD fast ?

Absolutely ! Definitely divergent desires, Sarah Connor is not of my ideal body type ? I'm interested in more of a Dorothy Dandridge kind of look ?

Thank you! Truth be told, I'm super afraid that once my swelling/edema goes away so will my hips and I'll have a narrow/straight figure again ?

  6. ? Take a look at Realself for inspiration ?
  7. Some exercises will work to strengthen muscles and fill in the loose area but if its truly just a lot of skin surgery is the best bet.
  8. For baking its a little trickier. I use coconut and almond flours but those recipes have to be followed PERFECTLY or its ruined. I find there is no wiggle room with those subs ?
  9. I have used vegan chorizo, vegan crumbles, textures vegetable protein and seitan ... But he eats cheese and doesn't care that much about meat subs so I may get off easy ?
  10. I never worry about that anymore, I gave up trying to be perfect?
  11. Whew! First I need to return to the fold ? but if I want to get in quick I will do a 24 dry fast or 36 hr wet fast, then continue with 20 /18 hr fasts. This is what works for me and (TMI time) I can tell by bathroom responses whether or not I'm there.
  12. WONDERFUL! Looks Wonderful! And yes I used to blend oats to make a flour when making baked goods after VSG. I may start again. Awwwwww, I promise I will eventually just get a head of lettuce and make the wraps -I'm just using things I have on hand for now
  13. looks amazing! I may need to make this for my BF
  14. Agree with ALL of this ?
  15. Back on IF today since I'm officially 1 month post op (plastics) and in need of some autophagy. Just drinking tea, water. etc

You make me want to run ❤
  17. Clear means clear, so sorry no chocolate anything ? Also scopalamine patches work wonders for post surgical nausea, ask your Surgeon for it. Good Luck ?
  18. Hmmm, How can we monetize this "loveable" to pay for a BBL ? ? asking for a friend (myself)
  19. I basically gave up crying during adolescence, so have a good one for me ???
  20. * Bursts In: Am I late? No, Good * I converted from VSG to RNY at my goal weight. Initially i lost a about 10lbs easily but worked (ate ?) to get back to my normal goal. It is possible to maintain if you are diligent. If i eat weight loss mode - I lose, if I indulge just a little every now and again- I maintain, if i go overboard - I gain. As always talk to your Surgeon and come up with a realistic plan ? Oh BTW , GERD is gone ?
  21. BTW, got the new girls ?
