  20. So, here's a concern am having. After my five week weigh in, my doctor advised me to increase my calorie intake to a minimum of 800 the days I work out and 600 otherwise. I've been trying hard to follow this closely, and I think it's working because I lost almost 5 lbs in a week. My concern is my pouch. Will it grow bigger becauase I snack on greek yogurt and low calorie chips? Am terrified For my regular meals, I still havw the same amounts with more Protein in. So?   24. I was taking only Clear liquids first week, and milk wasn't an option. Now. I mix my Protein powder with skim milk for more protein Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk
