  16. I almost cried today on the scale as it read 299 lbs. I can't remember the last time I was under 300 lbs. Yesterday I was 8 weeks out HW: 352 CW: 299 Still 130 lbs to my target but am positive I can do it. Sent from my Galaxy S III using RNYTalk

  22. So here's couple photos: the first one was last May at my highest 352 lbs, and the second is today, 8 weeks out and 301 lbs. Didn't know people could notice the difference until I posted the new one on Facebook, and someone whom I haven't seen for years commented that I look great and should keep it up.
  23. I may not have any of these health issues, but I had bad knee joints and couldn't go one day without my medication. I'm 8 weeks post, haven't taken one single pill of my arthritis medicine, I work out 4days a week and never felt better in my life. Trust God and He'll take care of you.
