Well had to have gall bladder removed this morning. Surgery went well and I'm home already. I know have 13 lap site holes Hope this bump in the road is gone now. Bs k to liquid diet for 2 days. Surgery 10/2

I know. Right? Seems like most people who have the bypass end up getting gall bladder removed. Why not do it all at once?

Had ultra sound today for pain in upper stomach. Dr is pretty sure it's my gall bladder so he scheduled surgery for end of week. Will know for sure tomorrow I hope that's it. Just want to get it over with. I was doing so good after surgery and then bamb got hit with this. Surgery date 10/2.

Still having pain in upper stomach Area. HAd blood work today and dr said there are signs of gall bladder issues so back to the surgeon in the morning for more tests. Anyone else have gal bladder issues ? Surgery 10/2

Hi. Had surgery on 10/2. Past couple days I have this pain up high in stomach like below middle of breasts. Feels like something sitting there. No vomiting or dumping. Anyone experience thus sort of discomfort? Thanks!

Hi. I had post op appt today. I've lost 18 lbs. and can now move to purée food stage. Ive been having some pain in tummy but dr thinks its the Gatorade g2 so I have stopped drinking that. Surgery oct 2

You do sound dehydrated. If your feeling that bad you should go to the ER They can Iv you up.

Hi everyone. 8 days post surgery and I'm feeling blue. I feel like I'm missing out on some good food and getting depressed on these protein shakes. Pain is almost gone and I have post surgery appt fri. I really miss smoking too. But I know smoking is so harmful at this stage. I need to get myself some positive things to do. I should be feeling blessed not blue, right?

Hi. I had my surgery on oct 2. So far the pain is tollerable. I just am not liking the protein drinks. Still experimenting to find the best brand and flavor.

Thanks everyone. Gonna try a few different things now. 5 days since surgery but I feel the need to go to the store now. Lol
