I do but I started myself at 15 mins and worked myself up each day to 30 and will go to 1 hr 5 days a week. I got up off of the stretcher after surgery and went to the bathroom. I just don't wear a bra.

I started Protein shakes today and I'm having a hard time drinking them. It feels like they're going to come back up! I don't have any energy at all today but I know that I have to make myself walk!

Hello everyone! I am home, a day early. I was told I would most likely stay until sunday. I have been doing really good. Surgery date 10/12. I have walked and walked and sipped and sucked on ice all day. My mouth is SOOO dry. Anyone know when that gets better? I am on stage 2 foods. Yogurt, jello, hot cereal thinned, cream soups strained.. So far so good!

Hi. Had surgery on 10/2. Past couple days I have this pain up high in stomach like below middle of breasts. Feels like something sitting there. No vomiting or dumping. Anyone experience thus sort of discomfort? Thanks!
