Bottled Up Energy!

Does anyone else feel like they are all full of energy? I can't sleep and all day and night I'm full off energy. I'm in the best mood I've been in ever and I'm not sure if that's why or something to do with the surgery. I feel like I'm having the best results knock on wood! no complications and super fast recovery now I'm literally bouncing off the walls!! At 2am lol

  • Its a great feeling put that energy to good use - take a walk or start some exercise. All that food and fat makes you slow, eating healthy gives you more energy - at least thats the way I feel
